Cardiac Rehabilitation

The Cardiac Rehabilitation program is medically supervised to help heart patients recover quickly and improve their overall physical, mental and social functioning. Our goal is to stabilize, slow or even reverse the progression of cardiovascular disease.

Our comprehensive Cardiac Rehabilitation program includes:

  • Counseling so patients can understand and manage their disease
  • Establishment of an exercise program
  • Modification of risk factors such as high blood pressure, smoking, high cholesterol, physical inactivity, obesity and diabetes
  • Vocational guidance to enable patients to return to work
  • Information on physical limitations
  • Emotional support and coaching
  • Counseling on appropriate use of prescribed medications

Our Cardiac Rehabilitation program is ideal for patients who have experienced:
